Cathy Marcus

Cathy Marcus is the co-chief executive officer and global chief operating officer of PGIM Real Estate, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world that offers a broad range of real estate equity, real estate debt, agriculture, and sustainable investment strategies globally.
She has a bachelor's degree in real estate finance and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a master of science in real estate investment and development from New York University. She was also named one of Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance in 2023, and currently serves on the board of directors of Skanska AB, Interface and PREA.
